Stress is when you have Pressure more than what you can Handle.

At the end of the test you would be said which category of Stree you would belong to. Stress has different faces.

Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one. Happiness is a choice. My key to dealing with stress is simple: just stay cool and stay focused. God will never give you anything you can’t handle, so don’t stress.

If you don’t think your anxiety, depression, sadness and stress impact your physical health, think again. All of these emotions trigger chemical reactions in your body, which can lead to inflammation and a weakened immune system. Learn how to cope, sweet friend. There will always be dark days.
